How does billing work?

Do you charge extra for lift-van service?
No, Rehab Transportation does not charge extra for any vehicle type.
Can my friend or family member ride along?
Yes, Rehab Transportation welcomes your family members and aides for no additional charge.
How do you screen your drivers?
We screen our drivers by examining their driving record and by performing a thorough background check. We also select our drivers based on their willingness to provide outstanding customer service.
Will you charge extra if you have to wait?
Unlike some companies, Rehab Transportation does not charge extra for the first hour of wait time.
What are your hours of operation?
We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet your transportation needs.
Do you have group discounts?
Yes, groups can save when they share a ride. Call us for a quote.
How much advance notice do you need to schedule a ride?
We appreciate a 24-hour notice, but we can usually accommodate same-day requests, too, at no extra charge.
